Complex of two furnished villas for tourism called ‘Virtue’, in Antiparos island (under construction)
The area of the tourist establishment is 4370,45 m2. The villas, with a total capacity of 10 people, will face north-northwest orientation and an unobstructed sea view to the islands of Syros, Serifos and Sifnos. The accommodation has been designed to be functionally autonomous with the use of local materials such as marble and stone for better integration with the landscape. The studies incorporate to the greatest extent environmental design technologies and practices. The villas ensure minimum energy footprint in use, which will result from original solutions for the management of both energy and wastewater needs, with the aim of saving energy and water.
