Hotel "Άλας & Άμμος", Naxos island with 66 beds capacity
The Company provided study/design and construction services for this project. In particular, the study services included licensing, environmental licensing and inclusion in the Development law for funding. Construction is from scratch.
Technical specifications:
The area is of 14.937,05 sq.m. close to the coast with free view of the natural landscape and to the east a view to the sea.
The complex comprises 4 buildings with a total coverage of 830 sq.m., total built space of 1028 sq.m and underground area of 475 sq.m. The total amount of beds is 66 and 24 rooms : 10 double bed rooms, 10: three bed rooms and 4 suites. The main concern of design has been the adaptation of the buildings to the landscape.
The study incorporates to the greatest extent technologies and practices of environmental and bioclimatic design. The configuration of the surrounding area was designed with the aim of adapting and integrating interventions into the natural landscape, highlighting it.
