Earth sheltered villas for tourism called ‘Hope’, in Antiparos island (under construction)
The area of the tourist establishment is 4865 m2. The villas, with a total capacity of 20 people (7 apartments), will face south orientation and an unobstructed sea view. The accommodation has been designed to be functionally autonomous with the use of local materials such as marble and stone for better integration with the landscape. The studies incorporate to the greatest extent environmental design technologies and practices. The villas ensure minimum energy footprint in use, which will result from original solutions for the management of both energy and wastewater needs, with the aim of saving energy and water.
